How can I book a trip?

You can book in several ways:

We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance for standard trips and 24 hours for special requests or events.

What is the deadline to book a trip?

We accept bookings:

  • Immediate: subject to availability (contact us)
  • Standard: minimum 2 hours in advance
  • Preferential: 24 hours in advance to guarantee the desired vehicle
  • Events: several days/weeks in advance

Can I book for someone else?

Yes, you can book a trip for a third party. When booking, simply specify the passenger's details (name, phone) so our driver can contact them if necessary.

How do I modify my booking?

To modify your booking, contact us as soon as possible:

  • Via WhatsApp for an immediate response

Modifications are free up to 2 hours before departure.

Yes, absolutely! A detailed invoice is automatically sent to you by email after each ride. For corporate accounts, we also offer consolidated monthly billing with a detailed summary of all rides made.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we practice 100% transparent pricing. The price announced when you book is the final price. It includes:

  • Transportation service
  • Highway tolls
  • Parking fees
  • Luggage assistance
  • All premium options (water, Wi-Fi, etc.)

Only last-minute changes or exceptional requests may result in a price adjustment, always communicated in advance.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking under the following conditions:

  • More than 4 hours before: Free cancellation, full refund
  • Between 2 and 4 hours before: 30% fee of total amount
  • Less than 2 hours before: 50% fee of total amount
  • No-show: Full billing

What happens in case of flight delay?

No worries! We track your flight in real time. Your driver will automatically adjust the pick-up time based on the actual landing time. This monitoring service is included free for all airport transfers. No extra charge in case of flight delay.
